At CA E-Bikes, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. By purchasing from CA E-Bikes, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
All Sales Final
All electric e-motos, e-bikes, pit bikes, accessories, and parts purchased are sold as-is and are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection
- Performance dissatisfaction
- Minor cosmetic flaws
- Unauthorized modifications or improper use
Warranty Claims
