Test Ride Waiver

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that test riding a bicycle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falling, collision with other riders, pedestrians, or vehicles, and varying road or trail conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate in a test ride and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, death, or property damage.

2. Waiver and Release

In consideration of being permitted to test ride a bicycle provided by CAE Bikes, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless CAE Bikes, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising from my participation in the test ride, including any claims resulting from the negligence of CAE Bikes.

3. Responsibility for Damage

I agree to be responsible for any loss or damage to the bicycle or any other property during my test ride caused by my negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Rider Requirements

I certify that:

  1. I am at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian present to sign below).
  2. I am physically capable of safely operating a bicycle.
  3. I will obey all traffic laws and safety instructions provided by CAE Bikes staff.
  4. I will wear a helmet during the test ride (helmet provided upon request).
